Behind the Scenes

There is so much to photography that isn't apparent at first glance. I think that's one reason I'm so terribly hooked...it will never get boring for me. I have a lot of fun in the processing stage. I love computer work and Photoshop is a tool I could never do without. I'd go so far as to say that Photoshop has changed my life. OK, not the actual program, but the challenge and excitement that each new photo brings, and the challenges of becoming proficient in this terribly deep program.

Here is an edit I was working on last night with some new tricks I learned. The original is a nice image of a beautiful girl, and there is certainly nothing wrong with it, but hopefully I added a little WOW factor in the editing. You decide:
